ChartPractix educational trading-practice software

1. License

A purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased ChartPractix software for personal trading education and practice, subject to the license terms shown at checkout. The software, branding, documentation and underlying files remain protected intellectual property.

2. Prohibited use

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, or provide copies of the purchased software or download package to others. You may not represent ChartPractix as a brokerage, financial adviser, market-data provider, or guaranteed-income product.

3. Simulation and data

Built-in sessions, Level II, tape and related market context are synthetic training models unless explicitly identified otherwise. Users may import compatible OHLCV files for replay. Imported data is not supplied or verified by ChartPractix, and the user is responsible for having the right to use any imported data.

4. No investment advice

ChartPractix is for educational and practice purposes only. Nothing in the software, coaching prompts, scores, scenarios, statistics or documentation is personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security. Simulated performance does not predict live trading performance.

5. Software availability

We aim to provide a functional release on supported modern desktop browsers, but software may contain defects or behave differently across devices and browsers. Features may be updated, corrected or changed in future versions.

6. User responsibility

You are responsible for your own trading decisions, device security, backups, imported files and compliance with applicable laws or third-party data terms. Never use ChartPractix as the sole basis for a real-money trading decision.

7. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChartPractix is provided for educational use without promises of profit, trading success, uninterrupted availability or fitness for live-market execution. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by the checkout provider shown at checkout. Refund requests are governed by the ChartPractix Refund Policy, the payment provider's applicable terms, and any non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated for future purchases when the product, business structure or legal requirements change. The version presented at the time of purchase applies together with any mandatory rights under applicable law.
